炸鸡块是很多热爱油炸食品的吃货们必点的外食，但吃多了难免会担心外食的卫生健康与否。不用担心，现在就为吃货们献上在家里也可以制作的美味飘香炸鸡块，用橄榄油就可以简单快速地炸出香喷喷的炸鸡块来。想吃的时候再也不叫用外食了，自己就可以做起来了！

自制橄榄油炸鸡块做法

  1. 鸡胸肉洗干净，切成均匀的块。将切好的鸡肉块，加盐、胡椒粉、鸡蛋清腌15分钟。
  2. 腌好的鸡丁依次沾上淀粉、鸡蛋液，再裹上面包糠。
  3. 将做好的生坯放盘子里面，再将锅中放西班牙橄榄油，油6成热时，放入粘了面包糠的生坯炸制炸至鸡丁表面金黄，捞出沥干油即可。
