今天为喜欢吃甜口的朋友们带来一道橄榄油蜜汁烤鸡翅食谱，做法很简单，主要是将蜂蜜作为主要腌料，再利用橄榄油烤制而成的一道美食。虽然颜色不如新奥尔良烤制，但从美味上来说，一点也不逊色，口感细嫩爽滑，还带上了蜜汁独特的清甜，给人带来抵挡不住的美味诱惑，是吃货们的心头大爱，这甜甜蜜蜜的味道用来待客也非常合适。

橄榄油蜜汁烤翅做法步骤

  1. 鸡翅洗净，正反面用刀拉两口子，以便腌制时更入味。
  2. 准备好蜜汁烤肉料（没有买到烤肉料的可以用蜂蜜，生抽，胡椒粉，盐和料酒来自己制作蜜汁腌料）
  3. 戴上一次性手套将腌料和鸡翅翻拌均匀，抓捏片刻，然后盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱腌制半天，中途最好拿出来翻拌一下。
  4. 腌制好的鸡翅摆放在铺有锡纸的烤盘里，刷上一层橄榄油。
  5. 放入预热好的烤箱，220度，上下火，30分钟左右。中途最好拿出来两三次，刷上剩余的腌料，才会更加入味。最后一次刷时，还可以撒上一些熟芝麻。
  6. 鸡翅颜色变金黄色就可以拿出来摆盘了。
