香茅椰汁青口是第二季中霆锋专门为丹爷设计的一道低脂肪高蛋白的美食,而且在最近两集锋味中都有出现。小编就来和大家一起,还原这道健康锋味美食吧。在这个菜谱中,我采用了性质稳定、烟点高的西班牙橄榄油来烹饪这道菜,可在食物表面形成保护层,减少食物水分及营养的流失,营养又健康。

香茅椰汁青口做法

  1. 热锅倒入西班牙橄榄油,放入蒜蓉、洋葱爆香放香茅翻炒(可以除去青口的腥味);
  2. 接着放入青口配料翻炒后盖上锅盖煮5分钟;
  3. 加入少许白砂糖、白酒、倒入椰奶翻炒,撒上少许月桂叶和辣椒,加入花菇;
  4. 煮至青口外壳张开,新鲜营养的香茅椰汁煮青口,就可以正式出锅啦
