本期食谱要教大家制作一道香甜可口的西式甜点：热带水果鸡蛋饼，不仅会让你食欲大增，而且配合特级初榨橄榄油，添加更多健康元素，营养非常丰富，适合经常食用。

热带蛋饼做法

  1. 将鸡蛋、糖，君度橙酒和奶油混合一起打匀。
  2. 不沾锅内加入3汤匙特级初榨橄榄油，置火上加热。
  3. 倒入蛋液，一面成型后，翻过去再煎一下。出锅修整边缘，做出一个圆型的蛋饼。
  4. 将所有水果切成小方块，混合好备用。

装盘

  1. 水果切丁，均匀的铺在蛋饼上。
  2. 将蛋饼对半折好，再对半折一次，成手帕型。上桌时可以配上英式蛋羹或蛋奶。
