香辣牛肉片沙拉做法

  1. 牛肉切成片，用湿淀粉和酱油腌半个小时。
  2. 平底锅中加入适量橄榄油，油热后放入牛肉片，再放入蒜蓉、姜末、香茅翻炒，炒熟后撒上辣椒粉即可出锅。
  3. 将各种蔬菜清洗干净，撕成小片，用调好的沙拉汁拌匀。
  4. 将拌好的蔬菜盛在盘中，放上炒熟的牛肉即可。
