南瓜炒百合

南瓜炒百合做法

  1. 南瓜去掉瓜瓤、瓜籽,削去外皮,切片;鲜百合剥成瓣,洗净;青椒切片待用。
  2. 锅中放水大火烧开,将百合瓣入水氽烫2分钟,捞出,沥去水分待用。
  3. 炒锅中加入特级初榨橄榄油,将南瓜翻炒至8分熟。
  4. 再放入百合、青椒翻炒2分钟,调入盐、糖,翻炒1分钟至熟,一道美味的南瓜炒百合就做好了。

烹饪南瓜小贴士

南瓜要小火炒制,避免水分消耗太快,在中途翻动要小心,注意不要让南瓜糊锅。加入特级初榨橄榄油能锁住南瓜和百合的营养成分不被破坏,是烹炒的不二之选。
