西班牙特级初榨橄榄油土豆泥

准备过程

1、将土豆洗净去皮切薄片,上蒸锅蒸15分钟左右。

2、蒸好的土豆上倒入适量牛奶、盐和2勺西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,用勺子或者叉子将蒸好的土豆片揉成泥,加入少许西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,根据你的口味改变土豆泥的口感。

3、碗底放一张保鲜膜,将揉成泥的土豆泥倒入,并稍微挤压使其成型。

4、取一小碗放入蚝油、淀粉与黑胡椒,倒入半碗水,搅拌均匀后倒入锅中小火慢煮,全程不断搅拌,直至酱汁冒泡。

5、将压好的土豆泥倒入碗中,煮好的酱汁浇在土豆泥上即可。
