红枣香菇鸡汤

红枣香菇鸡汤做法

  1. 鸡肉洗净切块,姜切片;
  2. 枣洗干净;
  3. 香菇择洗干净,撕成小块;
  4. 高压锅内放大半锅水,放红枣进去一起压20分钟;
  5. 放香菇进去一起慢火再煮30分钟;
  6. 撒上葱花,放盐,滴几滴西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,拌匀就可以了;
