盐煎鸡翅是一道经常出现在各种场合的家常美食,又是一道完美的下酒菜。其实做起来也非常非常得简单,这里要教大家一道纯粹的盐煎鸡翅,用更为健康的橄榄油作为食用油,全程除盐之外不需要任何调料,外层焦焦脆脆的炸鸡皮和里层鲜嫩多汁的鸡肉,可以好吃得吮吸手指,很适合备菜时间不太充裕又想吃得好的厨房菜鸟们,一道橄榄油盐煎鸡翅让你瞬间变大厨!

橄榄油盐煎鸡翅做法

  1. 先将准备好的鸡翅清洗干净,正反面划几刀,加盐抓匀,放冰箱内腌制一天。
  2. 从冰箱取出鸡翅,用水冲洗干净,并挤干水分。
  3. 平底锅放少许橄榄油,逐只放入鸡翅,用慢火煎,火大了容易粘锅
  4. 煎到一面至微微金黄状态后,加盖焖上2分钟,可以让鸡翅加快变熟同时防止水分被煎干
  5. 另一面反过来,如法炮制。

上碟时可以配一个辣椒粉蘸碟或胡椒粉蘸碟等调味,一口咬下,香味浓郁,赶紧试试吧!
