柠檬蘑菇锅做法

  • 将特级初榨橄榄油和黄油放在一个大的锅炒热。
  • 加入蘑菇，煮约2分钟，不搅拌，就形成一个金色的外壳，把热量降到中高，煮10分钟，偶尔搅拌。
  • 用盐和胡椒调味，加入蒜茸炒1分钟，然后倒入葡萄酒和青柠汁，闷约2分钟。撒一点盐和胡椒调味，最后撒上香菜。
