鸭腿野苣沙拉做法 

  1. 用野苣将一个模具填满一半,加入切块的鹅肝和几颗核桃。再用野苣将模具填满。
  2. 铺上切片鸭肉火腿。

醋汁做法

在容器中加入特级初榨橄榄油。加醋和盐。再加入坚果、瓜子仁、榛子块和核桃仁。

装盘:

醋汁充分混合之后,均匀浇在沙拉上即可。
