西兰花炒虾仁做法

  1. 西兰花掰成小块，放入沸水中焯一下，再过冷水，捞出沥干水分备用。
  2. 鲜虾去皮、须、头尾、沙线，清洗干净后用少量料酒、盐、胡椒粉稍微腌制几分钟。
  3. 炒锅倒入西班牙橄榄油，用小火爆香蒜末。
  4. 放入腌制过的虾仁，用中火炒翻炒至变色，放入西兰花，淋入料酒，用少许水淀粉勾芡翻炒均匀后即可出锅。
