你是否对美味的秋刀鱼念念不忘？还记得周杰伦在“七里香”中唱到：秋刀鱼的滋味猫跟你都想了解……，这鱼肉是何等鲜美！秋刀鱼的食法中，最有名的就是盐烧，盐烧作法即是新鲜秋刀鱼不去内脏，涂上盐，在炭火上烘烤，炉上青烟直冒，发亮半边黑的秋刀鱼胴体滋滋渗出脂肪沫，散发浓郁香味，而内脏又略带清苦味道回味无穷，在日本成为代表性的大众菜肴。

盐烧秋刀鱼做法

  1. 在秋刀鱼体上均匀撒盐，腌15分钟左右，刷上西班牙橄榄油。
  2. 明火烤炉，把秋刀鱼放在架上，小火4分钟左右，打开翻面，再烤4分钟左右。表面焦黄即可。
  3. 秋刀鱼摆盘，小酸橘切开摆盘。
  4. 享用时，可在秋刀鱼身上挤上酸橘汁，还可以把挤上酸橘汁的鱼肉包在紫苏叶里，撒上芝麻，蘸酱油萝卜泥吃，不蘸酱油萝卜泥也可，随自己喜好。
