鳕鱼糕

鳕鱼糕做法

  1. 把鳕鱼切段放入沙锅内,加冷水,置于火上,当水开始冒烟时下火。
  2. 将切段鳕鱼从水中捞起,去皮捣碎。
  3. 将锅子烧热倒入三分之一特级初榨橄榄油,放入蒜泥和鳕鱼,并搅拌成糊状。下火备用。
  4. 将糊状半成品置入搅拌器内,添加特级初榨橄榄油,逐渐加入牛奶搅拌,做法与蛋黄酱相似。
  5. 在面包片上涂上鳕鱼酱,堆成金字塔型。
  6. 最后,放在烤架上烤脆,洒上切碎的香菜和香脆大蒜。
