蘑菇培根意面做法

  1. 蒜头、蘑菇、培根切片,洋葱、青椒、西红柿切丝备用;
  2. 水中放少许盐烧开,放进意大利面,滴进3~4滴的西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,煮6~7分钟,煮至7~8分熟,捞出备用;
  3. 烧热的平底锅上,抹上西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,用中火炒蒜片呈褐色之后,再放入蔬菜、培根翻炒;
  4. 蔬菜、培根炒到微熟,放入煮过的面条,再放入胡椒、盐调味,之后用大火煮开;
  5. 根据个人喜好加入意大利干酪即可。
