  1. 用削皮器将杏鲍菇削成薄薄的长条状, 将水做开后,将杏鲍菇放入滚水中烫2分钟左右, 捞出放入冰水中5分钟晾凉。

  3. 锅内倒入少许西班牙橄榄油加热,烧热的油淋在准备好的调料上,香味瞬间被激发出来,别忘了用小勺搅拌均匀。
  4. 随后再加入醋、糖、盐、酱油,酱汁就准备好了,将调好的酱汁倒入杏鲍菇中拌匀。
  5. 最后再点缀上一些香菜碎,淋上些西班牙特级初榨橄榄油,比肉还香的凉拌杏鲍菇就做好啦。
