无花果果酱塔帕斯做法

  1. 将无花果洗净，切成四瓣。然后放在一个有柠檬汁的碗里。
  2. 在一个锅里，置入糖，用100毫升水烧开。当糖混合后，加入无花果，小火煮，不时搅拌，约15分钟。下火，冷却变硬。
  3. 面包片烤好，每片放少许特级初榨橄榄油。奶酪切成八块，放一勺无花果果酱，少许核桃和新鲜香菜叶。

这一道散发出浓浓地中海风味的无花果果酱塔帕斯就做好了，可谓美味又健康！
