香菇蒸鳕鱼

香菇蒸鳕鱼做法

  1. 准备食材,将鳕鱼片常温解冻后洗净用厨房用纸吸干多余的水分,淋少许料酒和盐腌10分钟去腥;
  2. 香菇切片,小葱切末,把香菇均匀的铺在鳕鱼块上淋适量西班牙特级初榨橄榄油;
  3. 取一个小碗加蒸鱼豉油和少许白糖拌匀后淋在鳕鱼上;
  4. 入蒸锅,大火蒸7分钟,关火焖3分钟,开盖撒上小葱末即可~

做鳕鱼小贴士

鳕鱼常温解冻较好,且蒸的时间不要太长,否则鱼肉会老。
