香菇蒸鳕鱼做法

  1. 准备食材，将鳕鱼片常温解冻后洗净用厨房用纸吸干多余的水分，淋少许料酒和盐腌10分钟去腥；
  2. 香菇切片，小葱切末，把香菇均匀的铺在鳕鱼块上淋适量西班牙特级初榨橄榄油；
  3. 取一个小碗加蒸鱼豉油和少许白糖拌匀后淋在鳕鱼上；
  4. 入蒸锅，大火蒸7分钟，关火焖3分钟，开盖撒上小葱末即可~

做鳕鱼小贴士

鳕鱼常温解冻较好，且蒸的时间不要太长，否则鱼肉会老。
