香肠饭团的做法步骤

  1. 香肠切好。蔬菜洗净，胡萝卜和黄瓜切成细丝，紫甘蓝去掉中间的老梗。
  2. 蛋打散，加适量的盐和料酒搅匀。平底锅加橄榄油，烧热后摊出蛋饼后捞出。
  3. 用剩下的油将香肠也煎一下。
  4. 将米饭均匀的抹在保鲜膜上，同时添加少许初榨橄榄油，借助寿司帘上开始做饭团。
  5. 盖上一张蛋饼，蛋饼上涂抹酸奶沙拉酱。
  6. 把紫甘蓝丝和胡萝卜丝铺一层层得扑在蛋饼上，包上香肠。
  7. 用卷帘卷起米饭，从中间对切开即可。

香肠饭团
