蚝油酱香胡萝卜炒鸡胸肉制作步骤

  1. 把鸡胸肉洗干净，用刀拍打一下，切成片状，放入碗里。
  2. 腌制鸡胸肉：加入料酒，生抽，盐，淀粉和1勺西班牙特级初榨橄榄油腌制。
  3. 胡萝卜切成片，放入开水中焯水后捞出。
  4. 锅中倒入2勺西班牙特级初榨橄榄油，倒入腌制好的鸡胸肉和胡萝卜，加入蚝油翻炒均匀，就可以出锅了。
