橙子肉桂鹌鹑腿汤做法

  1. 锅内加特级初榨橄榄油、洋葱丝、胡萝卜和大葱,炒至金黄色。
  2. 炒软时,放入香菜球,肉桂棒,橙皮和橙汁,最后倒入雪利酒醋。
  3. 用小火慢熬。
  4. 将鹌鹑腿裹一层面粉和加盐,放入锅内加特级初榨橄榄油炒至金黄色。
  5. 加入腌橙料用小火熬约10分钟。
  6. 装盘时,选中小盘,将鹌鹑腿置于中间,并浇上橙子肉桂汁。
